Frequently asked questions
Which exchanges and markets are supported?
Public markets cover Binance Spot, USDⓈ-M and COIN-M; OKX Spot, perpetuals and delivery; and Hyperliquid Spot and the default perpetual DEX. Position monitoring supports a narrower range of account modes.

Other account modes, Hyperliquid HIP-3/HIP-4 markets, and vaults are not included. Account compatibility will be finalized before public download.
Do I need an API key?
Not for public prices. For supported OKX and Binance accounts, enter read-only API credentials in the app, with trading and withdrawal permissions disabled. Hyperliquid watches use a public address. Never enter exchange credentials on this website.
Can CryptoIsland trade or move funds?
No. CryptoIsland does not place orders, transfer or withdraw funds, or request wallet signatures. Supported position details can open the exchange’s official trading page in your browser; any action takes place there.
How often do positions update?
While the app is running, OKX and Hyperliquid account snapshots normally refresh about every 5 seconds; Binance refreshes at least 10 seconds apart. Network conditions and exchange limits can delay updates. Position snapshots are not a real-time order feed.
Can I rotate several markets or positions?
Yes. Pick up to five markets and five positions in separate rotation lists, with 5-, 10-, or 15-second intervals. Browsing a position and showing it in the island are separate actions, so your pinned view stays predictable.
What kind of reminders can I set?
Price levels, position P&L, and account-sync status. Your Mac and the app need to be running for monitoring. Reminders are prompts to check your account, not stop-loss orders or guaranteed liquidation protection.
Which Macs are supported?
The current build is for Apple silicon with macOS 14 or later. On a display without a notch, the island can appear at the top edge. Final compatibility will be confirmed before public download; Intel support has not been announced.
What are the price and license terms?
Planned launch prices are US$7.99 for 3 months or US$19.99 for 1 year. Both include the same full app. Each term is paid once, with manual renewal—not an automatically renewing subscription. Checkout and customer licenses are not open yet. Device limits, offline allowance, update rights, supported payment networks, and refund terms will be shown before payment.
