Pre-release terms

1. Website preview

The website introduces a Mac application that is being prepared for public release. Interactive illustrations use example data, not live quotes or your account. Features and compatibility may change before release. “Download for Mac” currently opens release information, not a purchase or download.

2. Read-only, not trading

CryptoIsland is an observation tool. It does not execute trades, transfer or withdraw funds, sign wallet transactions, or provide financial advice. If you open an exchange’s trading page from a position, any subsequent action happens on that exchange and remains your decision.

3. Quotes, positions, and reminders

Market and position information depends on exchange APIs, network availability, account mode, and exchange rate limits. Values can be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Check the exchange before making financial decisions.

Monitoring needs your Mac and the app to remain running. Reminder sounds and visual alerts are not stop-loss orders, continuous background protection when the app is closed, or a guarantee against losses or liquidation.

4. Your account credentials

Only connect accounts and addresses you are authorized to monitor. For API connections, use read-only credentials with trading and withdrawal permissions disabled. Manage and revoke those keys at the exchange. Do not send credentials or wallet recovery phrases to this website. Data handling is explained in the privacy notice.

5. Purchases and licensing

Planned launch prices are US$7.99 for 3 months of access or US$19.99 for 1 year, with the same app features in both plans. Each term is paid once in a supported cryptocurrency, with manual renewal and no automatic charges. Prices are denominated in USD; accepted assets, networks and the exact amount due will be shown before payment. Checkout is not open yet.

License-period calculation, trials, device limits, offline allowance, update rights, delivery timing, device recovery and refund terms will be stated before checkout opens. Test-license rules are development settings, not customer purchase rights. This preview offers no lifetime license or guaranteed refund, and licensing tests do not mean automated paid delivery is live.

6. Compatibility and independent product

The current development build targets Apple silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later. Market coverage is broader than private-account coverage; supported account modes are listed in the FAQ. Final download compatibility will be stated at release.

CryptoIsland is an independent product, not an official product of Apple, Binance, OKX, or Hyperliquid. Names and trademarks identify the platforms it works with; they do not imply endorsement.

7. Release terms and support

Before public sales, this page will identify the operator, support contact, applicable purchase terms, and any required consumer-rights information. Nothing in this preview is intended to remove rights that applicable law makes mandatory. This page is a pre-release product notice, not a finalized paid-service agreement.
